Duane Wells is a professional with proven experience in the Construction Industry. Having led Strukture from a small startup to a major builder in the Pittsburgh market. Mr. Wells is a serial entrepreneur who has founded several startups including a successful exit in 2011. His background spans technology, marketing, and construction in the areas of management and leadership, and he has held key roles in multiple companies. Duane oversees the day-to-day operations for Strukture/Storm.

The future is bright for our Operations Manager, Cris Mendoza. Having joined his family's thriving Home Construction business at a very early age, Cris is no novice to running a successful organization. His experience coordinating all aspects of construction including marketing, sales, operations, and job coordination made him an obvious choice to provide managerial and field support to the STORM team. Cris is currently training for executive duties and hopes to be responsible for key strategic decisions. Cris currently works to manage and coordinate all internal resources and is directly responsible for job satisfaction and project outcomes.
